Group Registration Form

  • A Group Registration Form is attached and must be completed with the names of all students and leaders attending with your group.

  • This form must be submitted no later than February 26, 2025.

  1. Registration & Lodging Support

    • Olivia Pierce will assist with all group registration and lodging details.

    • If you have questions regarding your group list, lodging, or registration requirements, please contact Olivia directly.

    • Pillows, sheets, and linens are included with lodging, so your group does not need to bring bedding.

  2. Skiing & Activity Registration

    • A link is included to register your group for skiing, snowboarding, or ice skating at Appalachian Ski Resort.

    • While you may choose any ski resort, we strongly encourage Appalachian Ski Resort due to their support, negotiable group rates, and commitment to being open during our event dates regardless of snow conditions.

    • The minimum group size for the best rate is 15 people.

    • If your group does not meet this minimum, please contact us—we are happy to pair your group with another church to help you qualify for the group rate.

    • For questions regarding your group’s ski reservation at Appalachian Ski Resort, please contact Rick at +1 (828) 295-7828.

    • Please note: Skiing and snow activities are not included in the SIR26 conference cost. Each church must register their group directly with the ski resort.

  3. Early Registration Incentive

    • Because your church completed registration before February, your name has been entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card, which will be awarded during SIR26.

  4. Upcoming Leader Resources

    • A deadline reminder and leader checklist will be sent in the coming weeks.

    • This will include key dates, preparation reminders, and additional helpful information to ensure your group is fully prepared.

  5. Final Notes

    • We are incredibly excited about SIR26 and look forward to an impactful and memorable retreat together.
